Eating to Live Rather than Living to Eat
I probably don't have to tell you to eat the right
food. Most of us have been told that since we were children.
However, much what you were told wasn't exactly right. Toss in a few
billion dollars of media advertising to get you to think you should
be eating other things and we get the health problems we have today.
They have sold your health for a money.
You are what you eat! Regardless of what you think,
what you put into your body affects your health and well being.
Eating poisons will poison you. Some will do it faster than others.
You are lucky if learn quickly that you are poisoning yourself. Many
of these poisons take many years before you manifest obvious
symptoms. Then it could be too late. The damage is done like with
