How to attend our Tuesday
Webinar
Every Tuesday we do a USANA Health & Freedom
presentation on Microsoft's LiveMeeting software. It is held at 8:00
PM CST,( 9:00 PM EST and 6:00 PM PST.)
Each meeting has a unique URL (web address) code.
We have had issues with people getting the email invitation to the
meeting which contains the unique web address. And we have had
issues with people that have gotten the invitation not figuring out
how to attend. Thus this page.
So each meeting web address will be located on
this page. We will change it each week so the one located here will
be the current meeting. And we are going to include instructions as
to how to attend for you and your guests.
So what are the steps to getting on this
LiveMeeting?
- Know what the URL web address is
- Install the small MS file that is needed for
your computer to work with MS LiveMeeting
- After the software is installed, click on
Join to go to the meeting. You can login to the meeting up to
one half hour prior to the meeting starting.
- We carry the audio of our meetings on a
conference call line AND on the LiveMeeting. The conference call
line is NOT toll free, it is a long distance call. So if you
don't want to pay for the call you can hear the audio over your
computer. You can also hear the very same audio part of the
presentation on the conference call line. After the presentation
we open the conference call line to questions, so you may want
to participate in that portion by calling in at the end of the
presentation.
The key things:
- The URL of the Live Meeting
- The conference call line which is ALWAYS the
same. Dial (308)344-6400 on your phone then enter the code of
160770 then hit #. You will also have to hit the key 1 but the
instructions on the conference call tell you that. Then you will
be on the conference call.

The Science of Life - is one of the world's oldest medical
systems. It originated in India and has evolved there over
thousands of years. The aim of Ayurveda is to integrate and
balance the body, mind, and spirit. This is believed to help
prevent illness and promote wellness. |
 | Aspartame is
Poison - people are getting sick from brain tumors to
many other diseases. The truth is coming out, Aspartame is the
cause. Just because you are not showing any symptoms yet doesn't
mean you won't. |
 | Celica Sprue -

Cancer, Epilepsy, Diabetes I, Autoimmune diseases, Anemia, Osteoporosis
and many other diseases can be
caused by gluten intolerance. You should read this, it might be
about you or someone in your family. It is hereditary. Woman are
the largest group discovering they have gluten intolerance. |
 | Treating Cholesterol with Statin Drugs - treating a problem or creating one?
-
"To date, none of the large trials of secondary
prevention with statins has shown a reduction in overall
mortality in women. Perhaps more critically, the primary
prevention trials have shown neither an overall mortality
benefit, nor even a reduction in cardiovascular end points in
women. This raises the important question whether women should
be prescribed statins at all. I believe that the answer is
clearly no." - Malcolm Kendrick MD |
 | Common Medications
Poison The Elderly One third of all emergency room
admissions for drug interactions are for three prescription
drugs. Coumadin is responsible for over 17% of those admissions.
What is Coumadin and what kind of a threat is it to elderly
people? |
 | Dangerous Cosmetics
- 60% of what you put on your skin, the largest organ of
your body, is absorbed into it. Do you know what all those
ingredients are? You better. You are poisoning your body. |
 | Free Radicals
cause many diseases, especially degenerative diseases - read
this for your own health |
 | Genetically Modified
Organism (GMO) pages - This is a thing that horror
movies are made about. A dangerous experiment being carried out
by American companies. Imagine a mutant bacteria that would
destroy all plant life on earth. In the early 1990's the project
was stopped a mere two weeks before it was to be released. Read this for your own health,
the health of your family and the future of life on earth. |
 | Heart Attacks
- The French eat more fat, smoke more cigarettes and drink
more wine, yet they have the lowest rates of
cardiovascular disease in the western world and one of the
longest life expectancy. Homocysteine levels also have a direct
relationship to heart attacks. Click here to read more |
 | Nutritional Supplements - Why
and which ones |
 | Suddenly Sick in
Drugs, Inc. - Ever wonder how your doctor comes up with the
reasons you need to be taking a new drug? What if I told you he
or she gets this information for, guess who, the people selling
the drugs. This is a revealing report from the Seattle Times
that is a must read. The rabbit hole is deeper than you think. |
 | Vitamin D Prevents
Cancer - According to
researchers at the Moore's Cancer Center at the University of
California, San Diego (UCSD) increased levels of Vitamin D3 could
prevent 600,00 cases of breast and colorectal cancers each year.
150,000 in the US alone. This applies especially to countries north
of the equator. |
 | Why medicine is
practiced the way it is today - Ever wonder why drugs
are such an integral part of the way medicine is practiced
today. Well its not an accident. |
If all our scientific and medical knowledge is so
all powerful, why:
 | In 2004, the United States spent 16% (up from
14% in 2000) of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on health care,
a greater share than any other developed country for which data
are collected. |
 | In 2004, the United States spent $1.9
trillion on health care, an average of $6,280 per person |
 | Since 1980, the share of total personal
health care expenditures devoted to hospital care has declined
by 9 percentage points and the prescription drug expenditure
share has doubled. |
 | The upward trend in overweight since 1980
reflects primarily an increase in the percentage of adults 20–74
years of age who are obese. In 2003–2004, 67% of adults in that
age group were overweight with 34% being obese. |
 | The percentage of children (6–11 years of
age) and adolescents (12–19 years of age) who are overweight has
risen since 1976–1980. In 2003–2004, 17%–19% of children and
adolescents were overweight |
 | In 2003, almost one-third of adults age 18
years and over and one-half of adults age 65 years and over
reported joint pain, aching, or stiffness (excluding the back or
neck) during the 30 days. |
 | Why does the US rank so low at 28th in live child
births |
 | The US ranks 26th in the world for life expectancy?
|
 | Why are obesity and diabetes II epidemics?
|
 | Why are our children the fastest growing
group getting cancer and adult on set diabetes II? |
 | Why are 45% of the adults in the US on
prescription drugs? |
 | Why have we spent 150 billion dollars in the
last year on diabetes and it is the leading cause of blindness?
|
 | How can we spend 15 billion dollars a year on
drugs to lower cholesterol and see that most of the people dying
from heart disease have normal cholesterol? |
 | Why are there more people in the business of
treating cancer than there are people with cancer when there is
no effective cure for cancer? Now cancer is the number 2 cause of
death. |
 | This list can go on and on. Something is not
right. |
Your body is a miracle of nature. It will heal
itself. If you take care of and protect it, your body will last you
a lifetime. If you don't, you will live too short and die too long.
Is that what is happening in this country? Are we doing that poor of
a job of taking care of ourselves?
We put this page together to make available the
information we have collected over the years. There is much truth
among these pages and links where you can learn more. The topics generally
are how to be healthy & stay that way. This includes information on all sorts of categories.
Hopefully what we have here is laid out so that you can find
information relevant to you.
You may find much of this information
different than what you have heard before.
This information should
not be a secret. We don't understand why it is.
Knowledge is power. Take the power back, become aware.
Take responsibility for your own health and that of your loved ones.
Know the difference. Learn the truth. Don't accept as truth
what you hear, read or watch on TV. Learn to tell the difference.

Main Sections Menu of What is here:
 | Sitemap for
this entire Health & Wellness website- List &
Links to ALL the pages including sections and sub pages with a
description of what is on each |
 | Nutrition, Food & Supplements- You are what you eat or don't
eat. You need to read this section for your own benefit. Most of
what we have been told over the years is not exactly correct or
worse. This is a large section with information on foods, diet,
& supplements. |
 | Cosmetics - Your
medicine cabinet is one of the most dangerous areas of your
house, and not for reasons you may think. The growing list
of synthetic ingredients manufacturers add to their products is
turning the most innocent-looking shampoos and moisturizers into
cocktails of toxins that could cause cancer or reproductive
damage over years of sustained use. There are safe skin
care products but not likely the ones you are using.
|
 | Exercise - It is so important to stay active.
Don't use it, you lose it. So how do you get started? What about
Yoga, Tai Chi & health clubs? Can you actually lose weight
through exercise? Is it true you lose muscle as you
age? How important is exercise to health and well being? Is it
true that exercise can help you stay young? |
 | Chemicals in our environment - A silent
killer. Over 3,000 new chemicals are introduced to our
environment EACH YEAR. There is no guarantee that any of these
chemicals or the 100,000's past chemicals being used are safe.
In fact there is much evidence to the contrary. |
 | Home Remedies
- We thought we would include this page to provide a resource of
things that your grandmother knew but we've lost along the
generations. Here are lots of Home Remedies & tips you can do
for different things. |
 | Drug Companies -
We
should be trying to stay healthy and avoid drugs. That is not
what is happening. Almost half of all Americans are taking at
least one prescription drug. How did that happen? Are we that
sick? How does your doctor know what drugs
to prescribe to you? How on earth has it become an fact of life
that all of us will eventually be taking a drug or two or three? |
 | Donabee Health & Wellness Forum
- Also as part of this web page is a Health &
Wellness Forum. Here you can read posts from us as well as other
people. You have to be a registered member to post anything. Got to
keep the bad guys and spammers out. |
In ancient China people paid their
doctor while they were well. If they became sick the doctor was no longer paid
him, he wasn't doing his job.
Most of us will live too short and die too long
Pretty powerful statement. Think about that for a minute.
"Most of us live too short, then we die too long." Our years of
health are far too short and then we can look forward to getting a
degenerative disease. Why is this the case in this country? Yet...
Dr. Ladd McNamara wrote an excellent piece on
living too short and dying too long called "We
Are Living Too Short and Dying Too Long"
What would it be worth to you, or a loved one if you
could reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer,
Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, or any number of
chronic diseases? Well, it just may be possible! Click
here to read Dr. McNamara's article.
